Where clients are providing the training venue (closed course) it should be large enough to accommodate for theoretical as well as practical training for all candidates. The client should ensure that the facility as adequate lighting, ventilation, heating and appropriate fire escape access.
If you are unsure whether your venue is suitable then please make the training manager aware on booking. Comera Medical Ltd reserves the right to have the final decision on suitability.
All bookings should be arranged via the Training Manager who will request details of your requirements and facilities.
In cases where you are booking onto an open course that is being held at one of our training facilities immediate payment is required. This can be made by phone or online where available.
If you are purchasing online training then payment will be required before access is granted to the course material.
Courses cancelled, in writing, by the client where it is being held at the clients own venue (closed course) becomes liable for the following charges:
– 21 days or more notice.. Full refund
– 14 days or more notice.. 25% of total cost
– 7 days or more notice.. 50% of total cost
– Less than 7 days’ notice.. 75% of total cost
– Less than 36 hours’ notice.. Full amount payable
Open course spaces that are cancelled in writing by the client, the client becomes liable for the following charges.
- More than four weeks written notice – Full refund
- Two-four weeks written notice – 50% refund
- Less than two weeks written notice – no refund
Where bookings are made for training on client’s site or as a closed course in one of our facilities an invoice will be issued on completion of training. Our standard payment terms are 30 days unless agreed in advance when the booking is made.
Substitution of candidates
Clients may substitute candidates without cost where the booking is made for training on clients sites up until the commencement of training. The client must ensure that all learners are eligible for the training …i.e. Hold valid certification if on refresher training. Where candidates are booked onto an open course being held at one of our facilities no substitutions are allowed.
Where candidates arrive late for a course or are absent from any sessions, Comera Medical will reserve the right to refuse to accept them for training and certification if it is felt that the candidate will suffer from the elements that they have missed. In these cases there are no refunds available.
Where a refresher course or course that requires pre-qualification is being delivered, Comera Medical Ltd reserve the right to request certificated evidence of qualification before, during or after the training.
